Liked: Location was great for where we wanted to be located.
Disliked: We had to ask reception to have room serviced. It didn’t happen until 5pm. Next morning was when we realised they didn’t leave two towels and sheets weren’t changed. Rang housekeeping no one answered. Rss as my reception no one answered. Had to go down to reception to sort it out. On 3 occasions we tried to order room service. No one answers. Rang reception. No one answered. Rooftop bar doesn’t open on Sunday’s. Rooftop bar has fantastic views of Eiffel Tower. Why it wouldn’t be open 7 nights a week I have no idea. When it was open on Saturday night they only had one bar staff working. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. Carpets in rooms need replacing. They look dirty. Overpriced for what we got. We wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointed.

Disliked: I recently stayed at hotel from April 11 to April 14, 2025, with my 2 children. We had several issues that impacted our overall experience.Firstly, the breakfast selection was quite limited. If you arrived after 8:30 AM, there were very few options left. On top of that, the coffee machine wasn't functioning during our stay, which was disappointing. We also noticed a lack of fruits and vegetables at breakfast, which would have added more variety to the meals.When we checked into the hotel, there were three of us, but we only received two towels. I had to request extra towels from the reception each day, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bedding for the third person was not properly prepared; there were no sheets or duvet covers on the bed, and I had to go to the reception to address this issue.While the reception staff was polite and helpful, the housekeeping staff on our floor did not exhibit the same level of courtesy, which was disappointing.The smell in the room was heavy because opening the window was not an option due to the design, and the air conditioning only circulated the air from inside.. No ventilation in bathroom

Liked: It’s a nice hotel. Good location its away from the busyness of the city. It’s clean too.
Disliked: First of all the elevator. There was a long line right up to the reception that was waiting for the elevator because I don’t know why only one was working and it was a busy week. Secondly, we would still be sleeping in the morning and our doors were opened a few times from the cleaners without even knocking. It’s disrespectful when you know it’s early in the morning and people could still be in their rooms sleeping the least you could do is knock.

Disliked: Bathroom door hat very bad signs of Waterdamage , no coffe on the room , no drinks in the room bar , Staff i the Restaurant was not very attending
