Mercure Paris Gare Montparnasse

Good location for city sightseeing,...

Liked: Location, reception area, restaurants around.
Disliked: For the time we were there, only one lift working. Breakfast was good overall but I kindly asked for a cheese omelette for my kid and they said “can’t do it, you get just what you get”. Completely inappropriate. I also forgot some clothes in the room and I did get them back, but it was very uncomfortable. They didn’t return calls, I asked some friends to pick them up and they made them wait in the reception for 1h before telling them the stuff was locked in the manager office and they couldn’t get it. Finally, they made it work and I appreciate that, but they could improve their customer service.

Disliked: Air conditioning not strong Enough . was very hot at night.
