Horrendous. DONT STAY HERE.

Liked: Nothing. This was positively the worst experience in a hotel ever.
Disliked: Upon arrival I discovered the a/c didn't work and it was a hot summers evening making the room very uncomfortable. I advised reception who neither inspected the room nor sort maintenance help. He advised me there were no other rooms available as the hotel was fully booked. I was advised to cancel the booking and the hotel would refund me so I could then go elsewhere. Thee next day the hotel changed their minds (or lied to me in the first place) and denied the refund. I am now in dispute with the hotel and have logged this dispute with several consumer protection bodies along with a dispute with the credit card company who have stopped the transaction. My best advice is DONT STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They're just liars. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen my money.

Nice room and delicious breakfast

Liked: Nice clean room. Location was great. Train station, supermarket, restaurant, everything was around the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Delicious pastries, breads, hot bacon, sausages, beans. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: It was very noisy outside. It would be nice to have a little fridge and if I can change French to English on TV.
