Convenient location but room was...
Liked: It was very close to the Gard de Lyon station
Disliked: Everything was not maintained. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and did not cover the porcelain bowl, there was wallpaper peeling off the walls, the air conditioner made a terrible noise so we had to turn it off and there was tape over all the controls for some reason unknown to us. There was mould around the drain in the shower.

Liked: It was comfortable and clean and offered us the facilities we needed for an overnight stop as we were getting a train further south.
Disliked: Being complete strangers we found it difficult to spot as there was no number on it or on most of the properties nearby and we missed the M sign as we were walking up the other side of the road. That is all.

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: Bathroom very dated with wall paper peeling off the walls. It made it look very grubby. Not what I would expect for the price. The noise from loose floorboards of people staying above woke me up at 3am and didn’t sleep well. Again, I would not expect this from rooms that are carpeted and for this price - to be better sound proof for footsteps from rooms above. Breakfast was not worth it. Had the feeling of stuff sitting out for hours.

Horrendous. DONT STAY HERE.
Liked: Nothing. This was positively the worst experience in a hotel ever.
Disliked: Upon arrival I discovered the a/c didn't work and it was a hot summers evening making the room very uncomfortable. I advised reception who neither inspected the room nor sort maintenance help. He advised me there were no other rooms available as the hotel was fully booked. I was advised to cancel the booking and the hotel would refund me so I could then go elsewhere. Thee next day the hotel changed their minds (or lied to me in the first place) and denied the refund. I am now in dispute with the hotel and have logged this dispute with several consumer protection bodies along with a dispute with the credit card company who have stopped the transaction. My best advice is DONT STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They're just liars. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen my money.
