Room small and old

Liked: Location ok for gare de lyon.
Disliked: Room size, very small. Hotel refurbished however the room and the carpet was too old.

Will never return to this...

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Rooms are way too small , you could literally hear all the noise coming from the next rooms Corridor was so narrow Elevator barely fits 1 luggage and 1 person

The scam level is exponential...

Disliked: I have never stayed in a place which was worse value for money. The room cost 275 euro a night which in any other destination would be the price for a four to five star hotel. Instead, the room was so small that we literally had to move furniture around (and into the corridor) to make space for us to actually walk between the bed and the window. The bathroom was so small the only place where we could drop our stuff was on the floor, and no bath products whatsoever were provided (except for cheap hand soap). Breakfast was okay(ish) but certainly did not justify the cost of room. Admittedly the staff were very corteous but kindness can only go so far when the state of the facilities is that bad. To make matters worse the location was absolutely terrible - if you need to be near the Gare De Lyon this might be the place for you. If you are visiting Paris however, literally every single place worth visiting is in the exact opposite direction to the hotel and would require at least 20 minutes by car to reach. The worst part is that we constantly felt like we had been scammed, really outrageous value for money - just a plain and clear scam. Never again!

Good location but tiny room...

Liked: Look, this is a great location if you are passing through for one night, as we did, but I wouldn't want to stay in the room any longer than we did.
Disliked: The room, on the 4th floor, was tiny. The bathroom was more compact than a student bathroom and personally I would say it was somewhat unsafe. you have to climb over the toilet to stand in the bath and have a shower. Do not book this particular room if you have any form of disability which prevents you squeezing into this room/bathroom.

Liked: Room was small but reasonable. Around the corner from Gare de Lyon. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Decor could be updated.

Great hotel if on way...

Liked: Located 10 minutes walk from station. Good restaurants such as Les Embruns.Breakfast good.
