Liked: Location was perfect. Close to Gare de Lyon for Metro links. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Helpful staff to inform us on best transport links.
Disliked: View from bedroom

Good location, good staff but...

Liked: The hotel staff were extremely friendly but the room itself the sofa bed was broken and borderline unhabitable. The room also had silverfish and cracks, mould with no extra amenities like spare linens. Good location

Comfortable and convenient for onward...

Liked: Just a short walk from Gard du Lyon station. The room was very comfortable, we had a complimentary upgrade to a superior room. We will definitely stay again.
Disliked: The wasn’t a breakfast option for a very early start.

The perfect location to enjoy...

Liked: The hotel, its facilities and our room were all very comfortable, spacious and well appointed and the bed especially was very comfortable. The location was perfect in terms of access to the train and transport from the airport. We selected a room with a sweetheart balcony which opened up to views of the city, which were lovely. The hotel was also an easy walking distance to the very beautiful Fifth Arrondissement.
Disliked: Nothing to fault. We loved it all especially the wonderful refurbished French modern style of the room.

Disliked: Noisy, big deposit taken when arrived plus tax cost 210 and didn't get it straight back when checking out no facilities to cater for late flights
