Liked: The location was good for the price, and they had on site parking (an old garage) but you had to pay for this and I did prebook it, but they had no record of the prebooking so I was lucky it was not already full. The staff were friendly and the rooms were okay
Disliked: The breakfast was poor and lacked options, it would have been better if the parking was free.

Good location

Liked: Warm welcome of the staff. The location is perfect, close to the metro and 10 min walk from the train station Gare de Lyon. Nice breakfast and the coffee in the room is a plus
Disliked: The street was quite noisy and the isolation of the windows on the first floor not enough to block the noise.The hotel could use some renovations. Also having the WC (without a sink) separated from the bathroom is not the best (also for hygiene)

Liked: I love this area in Paris and the hotel is in an ideal location for me, handy for public transport and lots of lovely cafes, restaurants gand bars nearby. The fabulous market is almost on the doorstep, and the flea market and undercover market just down the road. My room was bright and airy during the day and warm and cosy at night. The friendly and sweet cleaners did a great job, the front of house staff were charming too. The decor is on the retro side but is in good condition, the design of the breakfast room was good as well.
Disliked: I do not have any complaints!
