Terrible experience – don’t book...

Disliked: The airco had been broken for over a week before we arrived but no one told us. It was over 30°C that weekend. Instead, they gave us a fake mobile unit with a tube taped through the window, blowing hot air. We basically paid to sleep in a sauna.The toilet was dirty, the bed sheets had stains, and guess what they offered us as compensation? 1 euro!!!Super disrespectful, dirty and dishonest. Don’t waste your money here.

It was nice and there...

Liked: The room was clean and staff was friendly. Metrostation was walking distance. And a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Disliked: The airconditioning was not working and we didn’t get a real solution. They just offered us unlimited icecubes. But what are icecubes going to do? We wanted to sleep so icecubes won’t help with that

Expensive and hot.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and staff in restaurant were great.
Disliked: The temperature was very hot and the air con was non-existent. When questioned at reception we had a polite, its being looked at. But my gut feeling was that nothing was happening. This was further evidenced by the mobile aircon unit in the wardrobe, which is obviously very noisy and you need to open the window to use!

Please don’t choose this hotel...

Liked: I don’t like any thing..its horrible stay..
Disliked: No AC, hotel maintenance is very poor, staff is very careless and staying in a room without proper air conditioning is literally hard time and I don’t even think about this hotel next time.

Disliked: Was given a room that was either dirty or had someone staying in it. No air conditioning throughout the hotel or in the rooms! Was very hot and uncomfortable. The bath plug would not hold water in the bath, the shower head rail kept falling down so you had to hold the shower..
