Disliked: The housekeeping was poor. The facilities promised were never provided. Small things like toiletries, towels, etc. were not replenished. We had to use ours.

It was good, but not...

Liked: The staff is super friendly and tried to help as good as possible. The room was spacious enough and had all the needed equipment. Good positioning within Paris which allows you to get everywhere within half an hour.
Disliked: The rooms were lacking some 'luxerious' options. There was no bathroom equipment besides a 5 in 1.The breakfast was very limited.The alarm went off 3 to 4 times in a span of 2/3 hours.The room itself had the feeling like it's getting outdated

Liked: Location was good, near metro, right accross park la vilette.
Disliked: Not very clean. When having breakfast the staff was already re-arranging the tables for lunch, making a lot of noise, already taking away the food. This was both days of our stay, no relaxed breakfast.
