Nice Paris hotel close to...

Liked: Quite close to Zenith arena where I went to a concert the same evening. Quiet room away from the street. Very nice reception staff that allowed me to check in earlier due to the concert. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Don’t think the air condition worked in my room. No big deal, since it was possible to open the window.Breakfast area is not so large , so it get crowded quite quickly.

Disliked: Everything else.Property in poor state, dirty floors, dirty walls. Shoes were sticking to the floor, not clean. Sockets hanging out of the wall.We had a power cut. One morning no hot water.

Very comfortable hotel and an...

Liked: The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was cleaned every day which was unexpected. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge which were re-stocked everyday. The hotel was a 30 second walk to the nearest subway station which was great as we were able to get off in the centre of Paris saving us using Ubers. The breakfast in the hotel was good, I had it one morning and there was plenty of snacks such as fresh baguettes, cheeses, hams, toast, fruit, jams, cereal and more.
Disliked: I was almost overcharged for my breakfast. They tried to charge me 80 euros for one day. However they quickly sorted out this issue and I paid the correct amount.
