Nice room, very poor service

Liked: Ok
Disliked: Communication -when we stayed i had booked the wrong date, i managed to get a room but trying to cancel the original booking when we left was impossible. Endless calls, reception not answering. 4 weeks later came the date i had booked and no cancellation so i was charged

Other than the bed lovely...

Liked: Very clean and we had a lovely view from our bedroom window. The breakfast was lovely and all round nice place to stay!
Disliked: Our bed was two mattresses put together making it hard to sleep.
