Comfortable stay in beautifully run...

Liked: Staff at front desk very helpful on arrival. Breakfast very nice with excellent staff. Bed comfortable. A little further out of the city centre but easy to get in with an Uber for under £10. Good shower.

Disliked: Expensive for the amenities in return.

Exceptionally good

Liked: Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble - I had my 90 year old mother with me and they accommodated us on the ground floor as the lift was out of use. Also had my small dog with me and this hotel accommodated for her exceptionally well too. Didn't meet a member of staff who didn't smile or say hello -We didn't want a full evening meal and we ate in the bar just having a starter and desert each - breakfast we were greeted the same and very good quality food again was very good.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like
