Exceptional

Very good

Standard

Liked: Good sized room (we had a family room) and proper beds for the kids. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice staff
Disliked: Very noisy. Walls are very thin and you hear tv and people talking from other rooms

It was ok, but could...

Liked: Breakfast was fine except for bacon, folded over and not cooked through. Staff very good. Waiting staff excellent.
Disliked: Room smelt musty and sealant in shower was dirty. Too many dogs staying in a hotel in "premium" rooms. Room was serviced but no tea bags left, nor floor vacuumed. Disappointed overall.

Liked: Location was ideal. Hotel is stylish and well maintained.
Disliked: Paid for a double room which turned out to be 2 beds pushed together without being connected. I reported this to Reception on Saturday morning but it was the same on the second night. Breakfast was disappointing. Lukewarm coffees from a vending machine. Undercooked pastries and lukewarm cooked items.

Liked: Very clean, staff was extremely helpful, great facilities, excellent breakfast selection.The garden is great for traveling with kids or pets.

Great staff

Liked: Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay warm and welcome. Nothing was too much trouble! Clean rooms and a nice breakfast. It's lovely that you can walk into Oxford from the hotel. - it felt nice to get back to this hotel after a day exploring
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely stay

Liked: Great location. Room was very nice and suited our family of 4. Staff were very helpful and all in all we had a great stay.
Disliked: I believe there was a function taking place when we arrived which will have contributed to it but we did struggle to park, the car park being limited, but overall no other complaints.
