Expensive for the quality of...

Liked: Good breakfast & excellent location on the High Street. Almost next door to Botonical Gardens, Oxford..
Disliked: Heating wasn’t working properly & phone to reception etc wasn’t working at all. No list showing all hotel facilities & local attractions.

A little disappointing I’m afraid.

Liked: It’s a great location near the centre of town and clean and comfortable. Always good value too.
Disliked: I’ve stayed here a few times and I have to say I was a little disappointed on this occasion. It seems to have accepted block bookings from young tour parties who filled the lobby area, the bar was empty, the whole place seemed devoid of character. Plus for the first time we were place out back in a noisy ground floor room next to the bins and car park.

Pleasant

Disliked: Flooding shower tray in our 1st room (Room 108 I think). Also very noisy with large pipes (?ventilation) just outside windows. One window broken, unable to open or shut.2nd. room (903 probably) better but shower door did not close! Both duvets too thick and heavy.
