Nice location just needs modernising.

Liked: Nice by the river. Easy parking and excellent bar. Excellent entrance.
Disliked: There was some renovations going on - so noisy a bit early. Rooms need updating.

Overall the stay was ok....

Liked: The renovated reception, restaurant & terrace great.
Disliked: The hotel is being renovated we should have been told this was happening. The bedrooms have not been renovated and are rather outdated. The staff were friendly and did their best. However we and other guests were waiting for service. Management needs to employ more staff and soon!

Liked: Hotel is beutifully refurbished in contemporary design. Great Hollywood theme in restaurant but not supported with great food unfortunately.My starter was grossly oversalted and inedible, but the waiter stated that this is how it is and still charged for it.
Disliked: Food

Great location, great breakfast.

Liked: Great location, next to the river. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
Disliked: It’s perhaps not the prettiest building in Orléans, but most of the time you’re inside anyway, and the ground floor facilities are modern and comfortable.

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Very good shower. Bath towels good size (large). Dog made welcome. Good view of the river. Parking convenient. Very good dinner.
Disliked: Not enough power points in the bedroom, especially USB points.

Great location, spacious rooms

Liked: Great location, spacious room and lovely staff. Breakfast was great the next day too. Pool looked inviting but it was January so we didn’t venture in, I am sure it would be nice in the spring though! Parking on site was ideal too.
