Corporate hospitality with a pool..

Liked: Everything you'd expect for a chain hotel.. Clean and tidy and the staff were all very professional.My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.The big selling point for me at least was the gym, pool steam room and sauna. Although be aware that they have children's swimming lessons on the weekends, so if you like a nice leisurely swim, wait until the evening..
Disliked: £12 per 24 hours parking.

Very good

Liked: The food in the restaurant was pretty good, the staff are also very lovely! In our first initial room, the air con didn't work so we messaged the hotel and we was moved into another room for free with working air con, very fast response. We enjoyed our stay during Festival season and felt comfortable here
Disliked: Unfortunately we found what looked like Mould (at a guess) in the bottom of the room kettle, we had a toilet door that would get jammed and felt broken, the room's do feel small and lack space which we was okay with but not for everyone. All I'd recommend is to just make sure maids / staff thoroughly check that everything works and fully clean in the rooms before housing guests. Other than that, very positive trip for a good price!

Liked: Facilities around the hotel are great,bus,pub,cafe, shops.Hotel is great and the spa is brilliant after a weekend at the festival.
Disliked: Breakfast is expensive so we go to the pub or cafe across the road.

Nice location - good

Liked: Modern, clean rooms. Staff polite and helpful
Disliked: Pool/steam room /sauna dated and needs some tlc. Not enough staff at breakfast to replenish cold selection and drinks.
