Liked: The evening meal in the restaurant was nice but took a while to come
Disliked: The room was very small. The pool closed relatively early for a later check-in: the main reason for choosing this hotel was the poolCarpark charge which was not explicitly indicated No soap replaced at room change Poor breakfast choice despite being there at 7.30am Cold jacuzzi Phoned the hotel in advance of arrival - on hold for over 20 minutes and still didn't get through by the time we arrived

Disliked: Remote control for TV needed new battery's

Liked: Good size room, with window AND air conditioning , clean, topped up daily with tea/ coffee. Restaurant was lovely. Not your bulk standard hotel. Great pool , lovely staff

Reliably clean and comfortable stay

Liked: Amazing stay as always! Really clean, great food and room service. I like Sherwood area personally so good location with easy links to town centre. Comfortable bed and helpful staff
Disliked: Pool was closed during my stay, and location isn’t as central as some other options.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. The bed was really nice and we had a lovely sleep. Staff were very polite and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast did let the place down with not enough choice on offer.
