Disliked: I checked in 23rd August for 3 nights, and having been to this hotel a few years back, i didn't bother checking the recent reviews, I was disappointed, to say the least, with the state of the hotel. It was nothing like what it used to be. Room I booked in a rush was extremely small, changed to what was called a king-sized room, was abysmal, to say the least. I was lucky to downgrade back to my previous booking.Bath shower floor drain not flowing, end up staying in my bath water, same as the wash hand basin, not draining, takes forever. This is had to endure throughout my stay.Following moring, my husband went to request sugar and milk, as there was no telephone in the room, I had never seen anything like this ever in my years of travelling. Anyway, we waited over 4 hours, and no one brought it over. I made a complaint when I was going to town in the afternoon. No compensation offered, not even a breakfast.The furniture's all dated, ripped, and dirty. The tv isn't a smart tv. What a shame.I shall not be revisiting, and neither will I recommend it. I stayed in room 341. The staff are okay, no thing exceptional like it used to be, I heard it is under new management. What a shame, though!

Liked: The room was spacious; it had all the essentials. The bed was very conformable. All the staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: There were no extra blankets so I had to ask for one. All they had was another duvet.
