Don’t stay. This place should renovate or close immediately.

Liked: Friendly check in.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Room was very hot. Mold on the hallway walls.

It was situated for the arena, shops, Christmas market and restaurants. Very comfortable; sufficient for a night or two stay.

Liked: Central for where we wished to visit; comfortable and friendly staff.
Disliked: Price of breakfast. We are light breakfasters so would have cost too much for a bowl of cereal and toast.

Everyone was very helpful, thoughtful and happy to share their knowledge of the area. Nothing was to much for any of the staff we spoke to both during our stay and before when I required email contact and information. Clean accommodation and a great breakfast with super service. Will stay again and would recommend.

Liked: Great central location near the Capital FM Arena; parking available at a discounted price; good advice to park first and then go to the hotel.
Disliked: None.

Hotel so clean; lovely room; staff so helpful and polite; stayed there for Noel Gallagher gig at Capital FM Arena which was 5 minutes away; bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all a few minutes away. Will definitely stay there again.
