Disliked: The food was a little bland but was well cooked

Disliked: Room and particularly common areas looking very tired. Carpets to stairs and landing stained, carpet to room showing threads/wear

1970’s style hotel that has...

Liked: The hotel is useful on the outskirts of Norwich it enables good car access to the north Norfolk area. It is a pleasant hotel and it was quiet. It is a little dated with single pane windows I don’t think the green credentials are so great.
Disliked: I did get excited about the photos showing the property has a pool. Though this was not the main reason for the stay, there was an expected bonus of taking a swim in the morning. Unfortunately I was told on arrival that the pool has been closed since 2020
