Disliked: Says no smoking facility, however all night we could smell thick cigarette smoke.People were smoking. No staff policing this!, if staff checked floor they would have smelt this.Carpets dirty and bathroom not very clean. I had to pay for car park but was very dark and dingey and not locked. A bit scary!

Liked: Close to where we needed to go

Liked: Location was perfect for us as we had appointments at RCH, parking is accessible for a large car and was able to keep it there while i attended my appointment after we had checked out.
Disliked: The heater was super noisy so we had to sleep with it off and the room was cold overnight & in the morning. TV options werent great, dont mind that its only free to air however no HD channels was annoying and also no option to stream our own services.
