Liked: The room was fine. Clean enough and comfortable enough.
Disliked: Upon arrival the lady who checked me in was very unpleasant. I arrived back into the hotel late one night and when my key cards wouldn’t work to open the door and let me into the hotel I had to summon a staff member. The lady who came out of the back room (clearly annoyed) instantly told me that I could use my key cards and when I said I had tried she scanned my card to find out that they were in fact, not working. The morning I was checking out (Sunday) I was woken up around 8:30am by people cleaning the rooms next to mine (Vacuuming, talking and banging). Not ideal.

Liked: The location was perfect for where we needed to go. The restaurant was fantastic. Great food, great value.
Disliked: The bed wasn't the most comfortable. But we will stay there again.

Liked: Location easy access to the hospital. Restaurant was good, staff lovely helpful and efficient.
Disliked: There is no access for wheel chairs from the carpark unless you go back up the steep driveway to the front entrance. As there are only stairs from the carpark this made it awkward for disabled access.
