Disappointing

Liked: Good location for my needs
Disliked: Very run down…cracked basin, tired furniture, no coffee maker. The Mercure has really gone downhill in the last few years. Definitely different hotels are hit or miss. Disappointing

Disliked: - very out dated, old carpet etc - heating didn’t work.- shower took forever to get hot water and then went hot and cold without warning. - mouldy/dirty shower

great to have a comfy...

Liked: very comfy bed, easy to get to and close to everything we needed :)
Disliked: both usb ports in room 107 broken. air con/heater not working properly. no big deal though!
