Hotel was really nice and modern and was great value for money. Breakfast was great too.

Liked: There was excellent communication with staff. We checked in late, when I knew our arrival time, I sent a message which was promptly acknowledged by reception.The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast which was included in the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was very good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Very nice modern hotel, great...

Liked: Very modern and well presented room, extremely friendly and helpful reception staff and a really big comfortable bed. Close enough to the station to be an easy walk.We usually stay in Cardiff when visiting family in the area but have realised you get much more for your money in Newport and we will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect for a short stay visiting family nearby.
