Newly refurbished Mercure Newcastle offers the best location Newcastle has to offer. Great stay. With ear plugs

Mercure Newcastle was more than...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent bed. Having a good restaurant that served dinner and breakfast was also a benefit.
Disliked: Some bathroom fittings (eg toilet seat) needed replacing.

Comfortable, friendly staff good location.

Liked: Location was good for us and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Helped us out with a microwave so we could sterilise the babies bottles.
Disliked: The rooms/bathroom are a little tired and dated. The breakfast wrap was a little disappointing. One main lacked flavour and the other was dry. This was refunded by the staff in check out which was a lovely gesture.
