After the room confusion the...

Liked: Quiet location and modern and clean inside.
Disliked: I had booked a family room. King size bed plus a single sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a room with only a double bed. After explaining the reason why I booked the room was to accommodate a couple and a child. I was informed no rooms available and this was allocated to someone else. The hotel provided me the room next door as a courtesy as I explained three in a bed was not going to result in a good night sleep. At the time of check in no one informed us you where to go for breakfast or use of the gym. It’s a case of trial and error and finally you realize you need to leave the hotel entrance and walk outside to get to the breakfast area. I feel staff can be more helpful informing guests on arrival the routine.

Clean, friendly. Room lacked air...

Liked: Clean. Nice sauna/jacuzzi. 15mins from the city centre.
Disliked: There wasn’t any air conditioning in the room I was in. The room was very hot through the stay. Fans are provided but offered little relief from the heat.

A perfect unplanned short retreat....

Liked: The breakfast was beautiful, lots of choice to suit any pallet plenty of choice for drinks to accompany the food and the location was surprisingly stunning.
Disliked: This property lacked absolutely nothing and was amazing value for money.
