Disliked: I don't believe it was worth the price and rating it has. It was basic amenities. My room was very dark and the view was a wall, despite being advertised with 'city views'. A little underwhelming really.

Liked: Location and the size of the room, including view.
Disliked: There would have been space enough in the room for some more tables. No space in the bathroom to put down your things. The smell in the shower. At breakfast at rush hour had to wait more than 30 min before new cheese was brought in. Messy atmosphere at breakfast and the poor woman who did her best could not manage it all alone.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, very clean, beautiful big room (206) with plenty of natural light, excellent double glazing, delicious breakfast.

Good city centre location

Liked: Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Location was first class with shops and restaurants 1/2 mins away.
Disliked: The bathroom was quite tight for space and shower was on a height which left it difficult to get out of it safely.

Terrible!

Disliked: The place is really old and not in good shape at all. The bathroom sink smelled terrible. And the room was not really clean. Staff is friendly but inexperienced, needing to "ask the manager" - who only stops by apparently, so I had feedback hours later. Bottom line: Clearly a management problem...

Liked: Painted all black. Very poor lighting. Couldn't see to find light switches. Bathroom very cramped. Sit on toilet with legs under handbasin
