Very pleasant stop, in a...

Liked: Very clean and smart hotel. Extremely conveniently positioned in Nantes, right alongside the main railway station.
Disliked: Slightly impersonal, but most major hotels are , I find.

Disliked: the shower has no door, so that the bathroom was completely wet

perfect for one night at...

Liked: friendly, clean, brilliant location next to the station
Disliked: prices in this hotel vary wildly. For less than 100€ - superb deal. Otherwise - well.rooms are relatively small (unless you get an upgrade)beds are very hard

Superb

Liked: Nest to the train station. Bus stops just outside the hotel and city centre in walking distance. Big parking lot nearby. Comfortable, clean and in excellent condition. Friendly staff . Highly recommended.

Disappointing

Liked: It’s convenience to the railway station
Disliked: The size of the rooms and the fact the bed linen was stained in the first room we had . When we checked in and went to our room , the first thing we noticed were two stains on the duvet cover. We also realised that there was nowhere to put our luggage without it blocking the room . I went down to ask could the bed linen be changed or could we get a larger room which I was happy to pay extra for. We moved to a slightly bigger room which was also grubby. I won’t be staying in a Mercure hotel again in a hurry .
