Liked: The staff in this hotel is delightful from the lovely lady with the Spanish accent at the front desk who checked us in early and arranged a taxi for us to the poor barman being run ragged looking after a full patio on his own when we had an unexpectedly warm day with sunshine. He still had a smile for us and gave us his full attention when he served us.The room was comfortable with a very large bathroom, a work area and books on shelves and by the bedside. The most important thing, the bed was extremely comfortable.On weekends, there is the same menu for both lunch and dinner. While the menu is not large, we were both able to find something that appealed to us but be warned, the portions are huge.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because the web site said there was a shuttle to the airport. While there is a shuttle and it stops just outside the hotel, it is a city bus that goes between the airport and downtown. There is no one to help with the luggage which as very mature travellers we need, so for our departure, we opted for a taxi instead which the hotel arranged for us.
