Good rather than excellent overall.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Convenient and peaceful location. Good facilities available. Tasty and reasonably priced restaurant and bar meals.
Disliked: TV remote not working, mirror light not working and basin plug missing on arrival. Shower was difficult to control and lacked power - it felt like standing in warm rain. Some areas of the hotel appeared rather 'tired'.

Disliked: Very uncomfortable bed, hooks in bathroom for towels missing.Stains on duvet, bedside lamp not working..

Pretty poor and not value...

Liked: The location close to MK
Disliked: Staff attitude except for the housekeeper who was excellent. Food was poor. Bed springs were broken.

Liked: Very comfortable bed...best sleep we have had for a long time
Disliked: Slow service for dinner...had to wait a long time for main courseRefreshments in room enough for 1 person not 2.
