No impressed with the venue...

Liked: Comfortable.
Disliked: Overpriced breakfast fee I was told it was $15 and had $50.70 charged to my account , No bottled water in the room for guests had to go to use filtered water in lobby and bring it up in the lift, highly inconvenient and when I booked for room service at 10:30pm I was told that they did not have any food. The menus in the room didn’t match the online menu at all.

Disliked: There was one staff member on reception when we checked out and every question we asked her she said she didn’t know.She didn’t even attempt to find an answer to or enquiry. We also heard her say the same to other people she was looking after.
