Liked: Great location for Southbank. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly.

Great price and location

Liked: Friendly staff and great location. Room spacious and bathroom products really nice
Disliked: I had requested the sofa bed be made up. Reception confirmed my request on check-in, but the bed was not made when we got to the room.
