Very disappointing experience

Liked: The room was reasonable, basic but comfortable
Disliked: I hated that you had to do a self check in, I paid over $500 for my second night, as it was a Saturday night. For that price I expected something much nicer! We also got room service on the 2nd night because we were late to get dinner. We ordered two pizzas a bottle of wine and a coke for $80, not too expensive but. It took forty minutes before reception called the room and said they didn’t have the pizza we wanted, we begrudgingly changed the order to a different sort and said we would just have one instead. After another 20 minutes, we got a call to say it was ready and that we collect it from reception!!! Hardly room service! Collected it and had to remind them that I’d ordered a bottle not a glass. Got back to the room and realised they’d given us coke not coke no sugar. The pizza was dry like it had been reheated in the microwave and had the consistency of cardboard!
