Liked: Excellent breakfast, a good range of dishes. Dining room well set up.
Disliked: Room service and cleaning not up to expected standard. Had to twice ask for replacement towels, as room not serviced and given late afternoon, we had commitment to attend functions. Needed several phone calls for action and this was close to 5 p.m.

Liked: Great location. Self check-in/check-out was a breeze.
Disliked: Bar fridge had not been defrosted. No comfortable arm chairs. The position of the couch and the television wasn’t great.
