Liked: Lovely staff, great customer service. Special mention to Sahil he made us feel very welcome. Our room was great, clean and tidy. Great pool & gym, loved the buffet breakfast
Disliked: Room service food wasn't the best. Approx an hr to get food, and then food was cold, the food was average.

Disliked: No mini bar service, television connection terrible

Disliked: Room was tiny. Was not impressed with window from bathroom into bedroom. View was of Bunnings roof. And although booked two seperate beds they were still pushed together like a double bed. No top sheet either.

Liked: cleaning is good.
Disliked: Service is pool. Cleaner only works until 4:30pm. You must click the button to get them cleaning, if you accidentally miss press it, they won't clean for whole day. Also, price for upgrade is too high. 175 dollar from king to double room. Bathroom door cannot be locked and it opens automatically.
