Repeat stayer

Liked: The staff are lovely. Always a greeting with a smile and an easy quick check in
Disliked: My room stunk like cigarette smoke. I wish I had asked for a different room straight away. Waking up in the middle of the night smelling cigarettes was gross. The aircon in the room didn't work and the temp was 30+ so it was uncomfortable not being able to have a breeze or cooling the first night. After complaining for the 3rd time about the aircon not working I was moved.

Disliked: Booking.com overcharged more than $500 over the advertised price and I'm still waiting for a refund after more than 30 days.
