Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Our room was not ready upon check in, therefore we were offered a free drink and told someone would come in about 15 minutes once the room was ready. We waited for 30 minutes before going to the concierge who advised the room was ready. The morning of our check out housekeeping went to come in while we were still in bed. We then went to have Breakfast but decided against it as the cost was $38pp, a little expensive for breakfast we were locked out of our room, they thought we had already checkout, this was 1.5hrs before checkout time. It was very frustrating to be going back and forth to reception over these simply details, however the staff were very polite.

Liked: Location was easy to find and close to St Kilda venues
Disliked: Check in process is very slow and contained minimal information. No mention of how to get to the car park or finding the buffet breakfast. Lift in tower 2 was not working and the directions to get to level 3 via tower 1 were terrible. The couple we were traveling with had to wait over 1 hour for their room to be ready even though we had both completed the pre arrival form detailing when we would arrive. Breakfast wasn’t worth the price. I could have made scrambled eggs at home.
