Liked: Location, rooms, staff and breakfast is great. Love the option of valet parking.
Disliked: Pool is a very cold for a heated pool and the last 2 times we were there the Sauna wasn’t working.

Short walk to tram and...

Liked: Nice sized room with big window. Great amenities/facilities in room and within hotel. 5 minute walk to tram.
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner there were lots of little hairs lying around the room and bathroom.

Liked: It was fine. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Room service was done via an app so you couldn’t order from different menus. You couldn’t adjust your meal to suit. And when there was a problem no one answered the phone so you had to go down stairs .

We love to stay there,...

Liked: My sister and I always come here for our weekend away. And loved it! It’s our go to place. The rooms are always clean and nice, and staff lovely.
Disliked: The past couple times we have stayed, our bookings have not gone well. This time round I paid for a double queen room, no cancellation and we were put in an adjoining room. Loud people next door. They changed our room. but there was no information about adjoining rooms. I didn’t even know they had them there. And I think the Windows restaurant chef there has changed. Meals are small and not very nice. And cost a lot for what they are. I have the chicken breast, that was so over cooked and my sister has risotto and the rice was well undercooked. We couldn’t eat it.

Nice but won’t return.

Liked: Foyer was clean, lovely staircase.
Disliked: Adidas sambas were accidentally left behind by my sister. Didn’t realise until we got home. Took awhile for staff to return our call. We left emails & messages. Finally couple days later you respond with nothing was left behind or taken to lost property. Your cleaning staff obviously stole these semi brand new shoes. Disgusting behaviour & unprofessional to not return calls/emails. YOUR STAFF CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Disliked: No kettle in room had to call twice and took an hour before someone brought one to us. Bar was overpriced for the size of cocktail i got. Parking very expensive
