Liked: I didn’t liked anything about the property
Disliked: I have multiple things to tell about the property 1. The property wasn’t clean 2. The toilet roll was used before we checked in, rather changing it, it was folded again to be used3. We tried several times to set the temperature for air-con but it was working at all.. because of the hot weather and suffocation we have to check out early.4. I would like to mention about the staff, the reception staff was very rude, wasn’t very professional, we were ask to leave because i didn’t had a physical ID.. they wasn’t even accepting the Digital ID.. so we had to change the name for the booking to another person who lucky had a physical ID.. after this we were ask to pay the bond which is normal but he asked that only the person whose id was show can pay it, we have stayed in the hotels before as well there is a tap and pay option that can be done by any card I don’t know why he was having an unprofessional attitude towards the guest. I will never recommend anybody from my family or friends to book with Mercure Albert park Melbourne thanks
