Liked: Adequate for my needs. I wanted a base near the Old Port and it suited that for the price. The hotel itself is fairly nondescript and unimpressive. I did not use any of the facilities.
Disliked: Checking out was slow and farcical with only one person on the desk and a queue halfway across the foyer. This was from 10.15am with official check out at 11am.
