Hotel in a good location

Liked: Hotel is a bit far from the station but close to the shopping mall and the old port which is marseille’s main tourist area.

Unapologetically overpriced, broken, and grimy

Liked: Breakfast was good, location is central, easy check-in, and most staff were helpful.
Disliked: Incredibly overpriced and unworthy of a 4-star rating. Both the shower and fridge were broken, the room was outdated and grimy, and there was even a cockroach. Receptionist was patronising and unapologetic when told of these issues. The facilities were also subpar, with broken gym equipment and very slow small lifts.
