Disliked: Front desk service very slow. No urgency from the staff.

Disliked: Smoking people in front of the hotel sent the smoke in.

Disliked: we were given a room right next to thé lift and road-facing. we booked our accommodation months in advance in the hope that a comfortable room would be allocated, but non. we had a terrible evening trying to fall asleep with so much noise. very disappointed since its not our first time booking with them.

Good value for money

Liked: All staff were kind and welcoming. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. I love the scent of the hotel, coming from the main reception is such a sweet scent.The breakfast was so good. There was a good spread of food to choose from--hot food, crepe/pancake, salad, various bread, cereals, etc. There were also freshly squeezed juices, cheese, a selection of milk, and the coffee was good.Overall, we are so happy with everything. We got what we paid for. I will never hesitate to book with Mercure Hotels in the future.
Disliked: It is bit far from the airport😔

Weekend in Marsaille

Liked: Very nice hotel, however, the room was very warm, and we were unable to control aircon or fan to cool it down. We had to open our window which was over the outside bar area.

Disliked: No water available in the bedroom unlike the mercure in Aix En Provence where we had a wonderful stay.no coffee capsules and no milk to make a coffee There is apparently a bar but of course it was closed for they’ve issues for getting staff The room was not great
