Overall very good and pleasant...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location was great, close to the tram line and the metro. The room was large enough, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I think the restaurant could use more variety on the menu.

Clean, modern hotel.

Liked: Very clean modern hotel. Decent facilities, albeit we were in a disable room so showers, toilet etc were more appropriate for those with disabilities.
Disliked: Generally ok, nothing much to say that is negative.

great stay and easy to...

Liked: great hotel located close to the port
Disliked: there's not a lot of lighting in the room which makes it quite dark

Superb

Liked: Generally fine.
Disliked: The room was very noisy, even though we asked and was promised a quiet one. We could hardly sleep because of the market under our windows. :(

Only fair

Liked: The breakfast was the worst breakfast I have a hotel for along time the bar and the hotel restaurant was closed all weekend without prior notice although the rooms were modern they where tiny
Disliked: The communication to us from the hotel after they asked us to check in on line they could have advised us of certain items
