Good service, great location!

Nice hotel but could get...

Liked: Very nice and modern hotel. Staff were nice. Rooms on the smaller side but clean and nice. Stayed on 5th floor so didn’t hear any noise from outside as hotel in city centre which can get very busy.
Disliked: The location. It’s placed in a very dodgy area of Marsaille. The city centre is very busy with questionable characters and probably very unsafe especially at night.

The staff was very friendly...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They take security seriously as you can’t enter the hotel without a card and there is a security guard at the front (which speaks volume about the city).The breakfast was very very good. There is nothing they didn’t have, again the staff was friendly and very polite. The hotel is very central, public transport right at your front step and close to the sights.
Disliked: I booked a privilege room with balcony however those were locked for safety. Maybe I misunderstood the room description but I was disappointed. I found the street where the hotel was located very rough with a lot of homeless and scary looking people. I cannot blame the hotel for this, but to keep in mind when travelling with families.
