clean and comfortable and ticked...

Liked: superb location. parking facilities at a weekend were very convenient - cannot comment on weekday stays. very clean and comfortable rooms. Large friendly bar area.
Disliked: would have been helpful if staff could have taken time to explain about lifts/room keys and access to certain floors. instructions are printed in the lifts but if you don’t have spectacles with you you cannot see it and don’t know to look for it !!

Good hotel for trip to...

Liked: Early check in was a saviour. And staff very accommodating.
Disliked: Bathrooms are tired, but clean. Would love some hair conditioner at the price we paid! Wifi very weak so we had to move rooms once - luckily staff accommodated this.

Very disappointed with the standard...

Liked: central location
Disliked: room very run down and very small. Dirty carpets. Dirty tissue from previous occupant found between the twin beds. Had to ask for the room to be serviced and tea making facilities replenished.

ripoff , ripoff , ripoff

Liked: I don’t usually write reviews but this was probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. from the first minute to the last minute everything went wrong . So I am afraid there is nothing I liked about this hotel.
Disliked: Here is the list of what went wrong :- took 50 minutes to check in- didn’t have us the rooms we reserved in booking and blamed booking.com for the error- door key card didn’t work most of the time- elevator is a joke, took mores than 15 min everytime to get to our room- overpriced rooms - dirty - we were not the only people dissatisfied , when queuing to complain , most people around us were there to complain as well, it was so stressing - was given vouchers for free drinks at their 3 floor bar. don’t go there service was horrible and had to leave after 30 minutes without bring served.- was given free breakfast voucher which we did not used as we were just dying to checkout and leave .- at checkout I was told that the hotel would refund me £45 ( price difference of the rooms I booked - 3 rooms for £ 840… a rip off ) , still not seem the credit on my credit card… will have to complain again.- beds and pillows were horrible and uncomfortable .- coffee machine a joke … see picture and these are just the things I remember .I will never go back

Every member of staff was...

Liked: Location is bang in city centre great location.Staff were exceptional. Professional, helpful. From reception, concierge, bar staff, breakfast and even the guys cleaning the rooms. Everyone went above and beyond.Room was clean and spacious.Couldn't fault breakfast so many options.Bar/breakfast area has view over picadilly square.
Disliked: Car parking expensive. As hotel was extremely busy lifts did sometimes take a while.Bathroom needed an update but hotel reception shows hotel is going through upgrade. Nothing that I would say would warrant complaint.

Good location but poor check...

Liked: property was nice and in a very good location and room was clean to.
Disliked: Upon arrival I had an hour wait in a queue to check in. The lifts were a nightmare and waited 25 minutes to get a lift to the floor my room was on. I would of walked up the stairs but that wasn’t possible as these end up the 4th floor.
