Good clean place

Liked: Room was nice good space and had drink facilities
Disliked: The price was quite dear for the one night stay and the prices for drinks are dear paid £188 for one night

Very good

Liked: The spa facilities were really nice, especially the open hot tub. The breakfast was amazing overall we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We had trouble with the bed because the mattress was sunken in the middle and the springs were sticking out of the side. We had to sleep with pillows under our hips to cushion it as without it we felt like we were sleeping on the base of the bed.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are of appropriate size and good pricing and the spa has everything to offer, all in all had the perfect stay

Liked: Comfy bed and the breakfast was nice. The staff in the hotel were all polite and warm. The location is also lovely.

An okay stay

Liked: Spa was nice, albeit quite tired looking in places
Disliked: The room looked like it didn't have much attention paid to it. The mdf of the bathroom door was damaged, the lock and handle all looked like it had been badly repaired, there was a tile missing as well. It looked unloved. There wasn't anywhere particularly relaxing to sit, only a few dining tables, something I would have expected from a better quality hotel as this is positioned to be.

Good comfortable business hotel

Liked: Efficient check in and out. Room was nice with good shower. Had supper one evening and food was good and waiter attentive.
Disliked: Room was a bit dark and passages quite uninspiring. Cooked breakfast was food just left there on a hot area and was not freshly cooked.
