Liked: The location was great and fit our purposes exactly as we needed to hear Easter Mass at Sacred Heart church right beside the hotel. Breakfast was not very appealing so we went out

Liked: The location. We have stayed here several time and it has been a good experience but not this time
Disliked: The room we were given was 'upgraded' not what i had booked and was like a flat....two bedrooms with separate kitchen and lounge area. The remotes for the TV and air conditioning were missing. The kettle provided did not automatically shut off so I boiled the kettle dry. The showere door did not close so water went all over the bathroom floor and the door to the bathroom also could not shut as the door latch was broken. There was a pot in the hallway outside our room to collect the rain water as the roof was leaking. The place needs alot of maintenance as over the last five years it is gradually getting worse and worse.as far as the building is concerned ( not the staff... they are lovely)

Disliked: I think the hotel is a little tired, but a lovely old building.

Liked: I love the old nostalgic feel. The size of the rooms. Feels rich.The beds aren’t slabs of cement & the grounds are gorgeous
Disliked: Nothing. Probably the only thing I missed was a microwave but it was hardly a issue.

Liked: Open arrival the reception lady were rude. It made us feel like we were not welcome. It was an awkward interaction. However, once we returned to reception in the evening the male staff was very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness of the property was sub par. I witnessed multiple large roaches around the property. The cups in my room were not cleaned properly. It seemed like the hotel hadn’t been cleaned that day.
