We were put in a room that backed onto the car park, it was very noisy. Also there was no kettle in the rooms so we were unable to make a cup of tea. We have stayed in hotels that cost less and are better maintained and you are better looked after. I would not recommend this hotel and it was out near busy motorways and a £17 cab ride to get to Mote Park.
Liked: Clean apart from the dead flies on the window sill. Lots of parking space.
Disliked: Not good value for money.

Fantastic and will definitely visit...
Liked: It was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. We was there for a birthday treat and they gave us a complimentary drink. The poolWas lovely and overall a lovely stay
Disliked: We paid for an upgraded room. Only downside was it was a little smaller than expected and they never topped up tea tray. We also never got any pods for the coffee machine we had to ask

Liked: On site Brasserie very good breakfast choice was amazing all staff that we dealt with were lovely and polite and helpful

Awful restaurant service
Liked: Friendly Reception staff. Bedroom was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The restaurant. Breakfast was fine as it was self service. But we had dinner in the evening and we were kept ages before being seated, then they took ages to take our order, and it was a long wait before our food arrived, it took nearly two hours from getting to the restaurant to our food finally arriving. Staff not particularly attentive, and what annoyed me the most was the fact that guests who arrived at the restaurant after us were serve red before we were! We had ordered a basic pizza
