We were put in a room that backed onto the car park, it was very noisy. Also there was no kettle in the rooms so we were unable to make a cup of tea. We have stayed in hotels that cost less and are better maintained and you are better looked after. I would not recommend this hotel and it was out near busy motorways and a £17 cab ride to get to Mote Park.

Liked: Clean apart from the dead flies on the window sill. Lots of parking space.
Disliked: Not good value for money.

Disliked: Shower only had warm and hot water, no colder settings

Liked: Only the breakfast and the location of the hotel were up to par
Disliked: In this heat on the top floor with windows that don,t open and no ventilation neither in the room or in the corridors you feel like you are in a sauna .... disgusting !!!!

Disliked: Rooms do need to be updated, and air conditioning would be good as our room was so hot even with the window open.

Liked: From walking into Reception and being greeted with a smile is lovely. 'A' won't use her full name was just so so lovely and interesting to make you feel so welcome.
Disliked: Would have been nice to open the windows a little more than three inches, but sort of understand the safety strap. Having a fan was great, air conditioning would have made it more comfortable, but opening windows would be nicer.

Disliked: Very tired throughout. Pool area felt unkept. Lockers were rusty. Changing areas drap and felt like an old nhs hospital. Jacuzzi looked filthy and was closed
