We were put in a room that backed onto the car park, it was very noisy. Also there was no kettle in the rooms so we were unable to make a cup of tea. We have stayed in hotels that cost less and are better maintained and you are better looked after. I would not recommend this hotel and it was out near busy motorways and a £17 cab ride to get to Mote Park.

Liked: Clean apart from the dead flies on the window sill. Lots of parking space.
Disliked: Not good value for money.

Liked: Mattresses nice and firm, good breakfast selection, nice grounds
Disliked: Noise, very loud people on the terrace and banging of bedroom doors = disturbed sleep

If not for the flashing...

Liked: Loved the pool area. So relaxing.staff very friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely amazing. Had a lovely evening meal.
Disliked: There was a light in bedroom that kept lighting up and dimming down then flashing. Even though we'd turned electric off. Kept us awake all night. Instead of going out next day as planned we went home and slept where we hadn't slept because of light

Disliked: Faulty toilet flush and hotel frequently out of requested meals

Fantastic overnight stay making memories...

Liked: Came for a bingo loco night hen party. Hotel was perfect in every way. Helpful staff, clean hotel what more can you ask for. At breakfast was pleasantly surprised too, it was lovely hot tasty and wasn't rushed to move on.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
