Disliked: What can I say? This is the first time I'm encountering such a situation in a 4-star hotel. When I requested room slippers, I was informed that they are only available for 'privileged' rooms. While I may not be aware of this policy, it would have been helpful if the staff had taken the initiative to provide me with one and then explained the policy. It seems strange to me... I don’t understand how much a disposable slipper could possibly cost. The fact that the reception is going to consult the manager about this was quite amusing; after all, for a disposable slipper that isn’t even worth 1 Euro, I won’t be staying at this hotel chain again.

Liked: The location is perfect, close to everything. The room was clean and with a good temperature. The bed very comfortable and there's a big tv screen
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like were the paper glasses for the tea, we would have liked glasses or cups
