Liked: The hotel has a good ambience, clean and welcoming. Fresh lemonade infused water and water are always available at the reception. Co-working space is available.The bed is comfortable and the bathroom/toilet is spacious. Like the Nuxe brand shower product for shower and shampoo.Within few minutes walk to the nearest metro station Sans Souci.Secured underground parking with passcode reset on a daily basis. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They brought me a ventilator for the room right away. The hotel is pet friendly and we had a surprise gift for my dog.
Disliked: The temperature is not adjustable in the room, it was too warm to sleep and we had to ask for the ventilator the next day. We can't imagine to stay here in the summer time. The shower has very low pressure.

Liked: Even though we arrived at the hotel before check-in time, our room was ready. Since we had stayed at this hotel before, I knew it was close to public transportation. Breakfast and cleaning were good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
