we would stay there again...

Liked: The room was very comfortable, our dog stayed with us and we were able to take her into the garden. The breakfast was tasty but they ran out of bacon.

Good

Liked: Hotel in general was good. Also the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was not that great. Very little choice. It was a disappointment compared to other Mercure hotels I stayed.

Great service overall, including the...

Liked: Reception staff were superb - best I have seen in years - friendly, efficient and helpful. The layout of the room was really well done. LOVED the foam pillow (as pillows are always rubbish everywhere I travel). I slept really well with a comfortable mattress/pillow combination.
Disliked: The only issue was, despite trying everything and following the very detailed instructions, I could not get the temperature lower in my room. So I slept with the window open a crack.

Very good

Liked: Huge room, comfortable bed, lovely shower
Disliked: Pillows a bit bulky. Why not have two chairs in a room for two people?

It would have been great...

Disliked: The hotelManager was very rude and also it would have been helpful if they were organized and could reserve the electric charge vehicle spot
