Exceptional option for those who...
Liked: Location was exceptional due to the proximity of the train station…staff was also very kind and helpful. WiFi was good and better from other places I experienced.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay...
Liked: Friendly staff, large rooms and big beds. Secure parking and good food in the restaurant.
Disliked: Bed on the firm side. Wouldn’t leave your car outside as busy train station close by, but the hotel offers secure parking (which you will need to reserve!)

Liked: Good hotel, situated within walking distance of Lyon city centre. Our room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. The coffees provided were greatly appreciated! Staff members were helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is in need of a renovation. Also, the area around the hotel is a bit rundown.

Great building, but disappointing condition...
Liked: The location is good, the building has lots of history and the staff are helpful.
Disliked: The room was in need of work! Stains, shower cracked, cupboard handle comes off when you open the cupboard, we had to slam the door to close it, but worst of all, when we opened the balcony windows, the outer door was literally falling apart, we thought the glass was going to fall out.Also, we were advised NOT to park outside the hotel due to vehicle crime, we were in our camper van, so we had no choice as we were to high for the car parks (but van was ok though).
