Lovely stay! Helpful staff and...

Liked: Perfect location on central Lyon - everything within walking distance. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful
Disliked: Aircon wasn’t very strong and needed to be when it was 36 degrees outside!

Lyon is a beautiful city...

Disliked: I couldn’t get an iron to iron my clothes for travelling home. Other hotels I stayed in had a communal ironing board and iron for guests to use.

Excellent value in the heart...

Liked: The reception staff was lovely, providing local information and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is located in the central walking business district, we were able to walk most places or take a taxi. Our privilege room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with stocked refrigerator and complete breakfast. I would highly recommend.
