Well located hotel within walking...

Liked: The hotel is well located within walking distance to the old town, the shopping district and there are lots of restaurants nearby for an evening out. The breakfast has plenty of options to choose from, all fresh and delicious.
Disliked: The breakfast room is a little too small. It feels cramped and some guests had to wait because there weren't enough tables for everyone. My room felt a little dark as it was facing the inner courtyard.

Overnight in Lyon

Liked: Location very good. Breakfast very good - lots of choice.Pleasant andHelpful staff in dining room and on the Reception Desk.Lovely toiletries.
Disliked: Lack of an 'Evening' Dining Room - not just to have use of the Breakfast Room. I would have thought that there would be a dressing gown, slippers & ironing board & iron for that price.

Great location , nice staff,...

Liked: Perfect central location, just a few minutes to the medieval city, all the local “bouchons” (restaurants with excellent local food) and to the shopping streets. In between the two rivers, excellent location for exploring the city. Very friendly staff, all was clean and according to the expectations.
Disliked: The only negative point about the property are the rather tiny rooms… Well, we didn’t really care as we spent the most of our time outside in the city. But all was clean and we had luck to stay on the 5th floor - there you have balconies in each room. Also small ones, but still nice and cosy to have a wonderful view over the city.

Disliked: It badly needs renovation. From the moment I stepped out of the elevator onto my floor and saw the old, worn-out carpets and poorly maintained walls, I knew this was pretty much a three-star hotel in a five-star location. Opening the door to my room pretty much sealed the belief. The carpet was in poor shape, the fixtures were mid-level, the bed was okay, there was no coffee machine, and it was just overall disappointing.
