Disappointed and misleading

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: We should have been told that there are many refugee families in the hotel. Lots of children racing up and down the halls abs discarded bags of food outside the rooms. Our room was mis matched furniture? A terrible green bathroom with cracks and damage throughout. The carpet was dirty and the sofa bed was broken underneath for my son. The air con unit didn’t work so we had to use a fan from the 70s to try keep cool as the rooms were roasting

very unimpressed for a hotel...

Liked: Just the location which is nearby HareKrshna Temple Watford
Disliked: room is completely run down with squeaky floor, shower had no douchette & showertub was old
