Discusting, smells of cigarettes in...

Liked: Good location for the airport.
Disliked: First room we were given didn’t not have a pull out bed for my daughter despite booking one. Went back to the reception to ask for a bed, original room was too small to fit one it. Asked to wait for a room, it was 21:30 at night and we were travelling with a young child. After 30 mins enquired where our room was, the guy in reception went to check. We were given a room that absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke, someone had been smoking in that room for years. The lady in front of us had been complaining her room was the same. It was now very late and we had a 04:00 check out for an early flight, we stayed in the room but absolutely stunk as we left, my daughter did not want to cuddle her soft toys as they smelt of cigarette smoke. The room was badly dressed, my husband thinks the staff must have used it as a smoking room. Complained to the reception as we left and have since sent emails that have been ignored. I do not recommend anyone stays here, disgusting hotel.

There are much better airport...

Liked: The guy on reception in the morning was great.
Disliked: You can't get the Heathrow Hoppa shuttle, restaurant and bar staff could have at least acknowledged me, menu poor, walls thin in the rooms.
