Good stay overall but very...

Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and out.
Disliked: Very expensive and no working cellphone charger in room. Also weird check-in message before asking for private data that was unnecessary and gave me extra stress.

Perfect location for The Globe

Liked: Gorgeous facilities. Perfect location for The Globe. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Was not told of key card slot for access to lights. Whilst crossing blackened room to open curtains, tripped on padded seat at end of the bed, falling to the floor.

Excellent hotel

Liked: The hotel was excellent especially for the rate. Ola at reception was so friendly and very professional, the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely come back.

Very relaxing environment with cheerful...

Liked: Room good with plenty of space and comfortable bed and pillows. Only issue was the slippery shower floor with just a towel rail to reach up (5 feet +) and grab. We later spotted a notice saying that a shower mat could be requested. The breakfast was good but let down by delays in replacing or running out of items (ham/home baked bread/croissants) at 7.30 am.We liked the well designed public area and the staff were all very professional, helpful and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: Shower needed a proper grab rail and non slip mat

Great base for a night...

Liked: Cute hotel, great location.
Disliked: No water in the room or aircon. It’s in a loud location so we couldn’t sleep with the window open.
