Liked: Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Warm and welcoming as you entered the hotel. Reception staff very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel was very busy at breakfast and seemed short staffed. The milk container was empty and I had to ask 2 people before this was filled up, waited more than 5 minutes in the breakfast area. The pillows in the bedroom were hard and when I asked for 2 softer pillows the same was brought up to me! Otherwise I had a nice stay and would return.

Liked: The people were very friendly and helpful.
The room was nice and clean.
They offer Nespresso coffee plus soft drinks for free which I find it really a great gesture.
The location is around 7 minutes walking to Southwark Station and 9 minutes to London Bridge Underground Station, so well located.
Disliked: The heating system is really complicated to be used. I am sure the personnel would gladly be helping me, but because I was staying only for 1 night, I did not bother to ask them before going to bed when I realized that the room is getting cold. I would recommend to check the steps given on the instructions and improve them so that everyone could follow the instructions.

Liked: Pleasant stay, lovely breakfast, good location
Disliked: The room was for 3 people, not really big enough and sofa bed wasn?t made up when we arrived. Had to get someone to come and do it when we got in at 12 midnight!

Liked: Bar staff were lovely and the room was quiet and warm.
Disliked: Pillows were really hard and one of the guys from the kitchen was happy to shout over customers at breakfast rather than go and talk. Too expensive for what it is

Liked: Great location with some nice restaurants and bars. Borough market and Shard 15 mins walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Nice little extras in bathroom. Liked idea of having reception around a table rather than desk as very informal. Felt as if in someones living room. Very child friendly. Not bothered by a busy 3 year old running around. Even provided colouring books and crayons. Food very good.
Disliked: Nothing. Will definitely stay here again.
