A very comfortable night stay...

Liked: Great location, we loved the bar area and the sustainability efforts the hotel had made. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was really hot

Liked: The staff was great, especially Alessandro, thank you! Comfortable room, excellent location with bus stop in front and around 10 minutes ride from London eye, great breakfast with lots of options.

Liked: The location is fantastic, the bar area is very comfortable & the staff really nice
Disliked: The room was too hot, with lowest air conditioning, and couldn’t sleep with window open due to the noise from the street, were given 4 dirty glasses to go with a drink before given a clean one at the bar
