Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel

Very disappointed

Liked: Very average no choice of eggs only scrambled had to use takeaway cups first morning second morning no cups at all plus all English breakfast teabags were gone at 8.30 so had to wait 5 mins for staff to find some more takeaway cups while the real cups were being washed so food got cold also no tables were cleared up and u had to go look for cutlery saw 2 people having words with the supervisor about same issues lady that greeted us at door was very kind and ran off her feet
Disliked: Mattress was way to soft our backs were hurting and still are today no phone in our room to dual reception so had to go down from floor 8 constantly if we had a query also for our 2 day stay middle lift was not working so at rush hours loke mealtimes or checking out time we had to wait long time for them

Liked: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful suite and got another suite when we checked in our suite already had a guest in it.Staff were extremly professional at all times.The food was excellent and the restaurant looked onto the cruise ship we were to sail on.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location, nice and clean.Room had all the necessary facilities. Nice big shower
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit chaotic, trying to find all the hot items at the same time. The staff were brilliant though, very helpful
