Great location, amazing staff

Liked: Location is amazing, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No toilet brush in the toilet. Soundproofing is not ideal, very well can be heard into the room. The hotel itself looks outdated, but the rooms were nice.

Will definitely stay there again

Liked: Had a problem the following morning as we could not get into the room due to not working. I reported it and was dealt with straight away very pleasant staff. They even gave you hot chocolate sachets with is a added bonus no other hotels have ever provided it as I do not drink tea and coffee
Disliked: Nothing

Awful bed worst sleep ever

Liked: Was in a great place it was nice staff were friendly
Disliked: The sofa bed was the worst thing I’ve ever slept on in my life if I had any sleep at all when I complained the staff member said yes there not great well not great is an understatement ruined my trip having no sleep having to get up early and getting up with a bad neck and a bad back specially after what the room cost ,and if u know there not great get new ones !
