Disliked: had to go to reception to order room service, no phone in the roomran out of toilet paper, so again had to go to reception rather than calling from the room

Liked: Great room. Staff very helpful. Original plan to stay 3 nights but extended to 5 with no problems and minimal fuss . Always a great stay.

Liked: Everything went well, wish we could have stayed longer, hope to use Mercure again God Willing.Staff were brilliant, especially Thomas and Jessica especially. Smashing venue, Evening meal and Breakfast were both lovely. Loved our room 1012 tenth floor. view was brilliant! We want same roomnext time please, please! I could add superlatives all day long, most highly recommended!
Disliked: We could have stayed longer, Wish it was cheaper to book multiple nights i.e. at very least prices stay same for each night, also would be a nice gesture for lower rate for over 60s. Example 1 night for two adult fee should double for 2 nights, not triple and if people were staying a week then should be special discount. Just a thought.

Great relaxed place

Liked: Parking easy Lovely view and easy to walk around Liverpool
Disliked: Only one chair in our room but it was fine really! Last time we had an amazing room with a sofa. Still a lovely stay.
